You are treated as an individual and not a number, the company is growing rapidly and so career progression is a reality, invested in colleague development which allows colleagues to be upskilled in-house and many opportunities to have days away from the office on conferences and exhibitions. they are advocates for Health and Well-being and as a result there is always an initiative / colleague event being arranged which makes the environment / culture enjoyable to be apart of. Free bar onsite which traditionally opens up on Friday evenings.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to grow, in to new roles. Lots of training opportunities Many social events, and opportunities to make friends. Fantastic working atmosphere - very friendly, and the moved away from corporate. Fair dress code, which prompts flexibility particularly in the summer. Solid benefits structure, with opportunities to move through pay scales & earn bonuses. Autonomous environment. 0 Micro management. You're the king of your own castle. Regular team meetings and events.

None that stand out or make the job hard.

I have been working at Add People full-time (More than 10 years) and have watched it grow and it continues to grow. With this growth comes the opportunity to step up and be recognised, command a new role and succeed. The atmosphere is great, there are health and well being benefits at the company and i can honestly say that they are supportive and compassionate when balancing work life with personal.

Cons

Be prepared to work hard if you want to succeed.
