Directors and the rest of the staff are great to work with. There's a lot of investment going into training, development, events and more.

Pros

AddPeople is a wonderful place to work. Employees are welcoming and friendly but above all else, I've found managers to be accessible and easy to talk to. The company does a good job of supporting its staff. Also doesn't hurt that there are video games, a pool table and a generally relaxed atmosphere. Great place to work.

Cons

I don't have anything to complain about.

Pros

Great company to work for. Care about health and wellbeing and are making a good effort to modernise the working environment (there's a bar). Work/life balance is well respected too.

Cons

Nothing off the top of my head.
