Awesome pool table in kitchen. Flexible jobs and lots of responsibility if you want it. Job benefits are very good. Always flexible to adjust your role if you have a interest in a specific area

Cons

Work load can be high making time management a real tough challenge. Enjoyable but tough to fit in the work load from 9-5

Pros

A 'great place to work'. Reward and recognition is very apparent. Opportunities to job shadow. It's a growing business, so very open minded. Great employees, and great Directors / shareholders. I love my job, and I am proud to say I work for addpeople. Finally, employee feedback is requested and taken on board on a regular basis. Some onsite parking available. Fun place to work - in house Pool table!

Cons

There really isn't anything worth mentioning here.
