      Adobe has a ton of very smart people and great product direction. Also, amazing benefits - 401k match, great ESPP program (20% discount on 25% of income), stock appreciation, and more

      1) Great pay and benefits 2) Opportunities to work with some of the leading brands 3) Looks great on resume (even if it was not in reality)

      Cons

      1) Very toxic culture people just blame others - not a meritocracy 2) Sales quotas make no sense and just double 3) Frequent re-orgs and no stability 4) Company often buys other companies and stitches things in the backend without parts working well together 5) Huge silos between teams and rare alignment
