Little to no pressure of being fired from performance. Company benefits are great. Remote flexibility

Cons

Internal systems are dysfunctional. Use 8 different systems all showing different and inaccurate information. Unpredictable sales cycles and forecasting. No idea what you will get credit for and then you have to fight to get paid correctly
