Pros

- Laid back atmosphere that promotes a fantastic work/life balance. - Phenomenal benefits--from the health plans, to flexible vacation policy, and set company breaks. - Great coworkers. - There is a push to redefine what Adobe is from the inside out with varying success. - you feel like your contribution matters. Leaner teams mean you have more impact on the company (and project) bottom line.

Cons

- Vision is sometimes lacking from above (or at least not clearly communicated to staff). - Sometimes difficult to work on what you want (or were hired for) - Inertia in older codebases (and defined process around the application) can be difficult to overcome. - There is a drive to adhere to Scrum even when it sometimes doesn't fit the project goals.

Acrobat is hell

Pros

Adobe as a company might be good and it really depends on the team that you are in. Employee benefits are good.

Cons

Lot of politics. Acrobat team is one hell in Adobe. Management is really stupid and has no idea as to how to manage people. What they are concerned is only about they managers and how to make them happy.
