      Quality of people and work is very good. It gives world class facility.

      Cons

      Very few companies in NCR, so it takes advantage of that. Compensations are below market level.

      Pros

      Adobe gives you lot of freedom to chose what kind of work or team you want to work in. Since there are multiple products, therefore without changing the company you can just change the team for better exposure and experience.

      Cons

      Since it is based in north India, therefore Adobe India doesn't have any tough competition, and it leverages it's geographical location, and sometimes appraisals are not that good. Though if you are top performer, then stocks given are good.
