Good benefits , which is what retiring people are especially interested in.

Cons

No risk taking. Majority dont want, or allow, significant change so the status quo is maintained without striking out in new directions. Nothing ventured....nothing gained at Adobe.

Adobe WAS a great company once, but in recent years it has forgotten the principals setup by the founders.

Still a lot of good employees work at adobe.

Cons

Lack of clear direction by senior management, lack of long term vision. It seems the company's sole business strategy is to cut cost by out sourcing work to India. People are leaving.
