Pros

I worked with many talented, friendly people at Adobe. I had educational opportunities and was involved in many interesting projects that helped me grow professionally. I found the salary and benefits package to be generous.

Cons

I disliked the office layout. Almost no walls between cubicles meant that you worked while directly facing another person. In my job I had to be on the phone alot so I was always searching for a meeting room or place I could be on the phone or skype and not disturb a room full of people.

Pros

Great company, some really great people, great products, stock is at an all time high, having a hard time filling in the minimum word requirements here....

Cons

Not at all a place where women have a voice or have growth & opportunities that men have. Horribly political, where you’re judged & treated by your place on the org chart, not at all on your merits. Tolerance for hostility, sexual harassment (reported & no action was taken).

Pros

- You will get name of Adobe in your CV as people are not aware that there is also consultancy in Adobe. - Free Food - Good Gym and Playing area - Adobe Product Team is really very cool with good hikes, Salary and work (NOT AEM or Consultancy Team) - Option to work from home.

Cons

- Poor work life balance in Adobe GDC. You will be assigned to multiple projects while some will be on bench. Most of the projects are not handled from India and you will have to do continuous meeting from onsite day and night (2-4 hours daily) - Cheating Salary structure: In Adobe consultancy, HR are trained to show you very good figures but you will get only 60% of that in hand. Also there are so many hidden clauses, like quarterly component will be paid only if you utilization is more than 80% which is not in your hand. - Mangers are very rude and they don't respect even if you giving more than 100%. Reason for that is in Consultancy most are from Infosys, Wipro like compnay and don't have any basic Technical knowledge. - No onsite opportunity. Its better if you join TCS, as culture will be same but you will at-least get onsite opportunities. - Very less hike: After working whole year you will get only 5-8% hike which is similar to TCS or Infosys. - Politics at High: You will have to face very dirty and high level of politics. - Threats from Managers if you resign or quit : The managers have start threatening people that they will destroy their Career if they don't withdraw resignation. In some cases they have mailed the company where you will be joining to withheld your offer. So better don't tell them where are you going to join. - Most the people who join GDC are quitting within 6 months and there is very much negativity in the whole office. Most the people around you will be frustrated and trying to leave.
