Pros

Stocks / shares - depending on your level, offer roughly your annual salary in RSU stock options. Vests fully in 4 years, but can take out 25% after 1 year. Great way to get additional comp, especially if their share price is strong. Also can purchase more stock through ESPP at an incredible 15% discount. Perks - too many to name, but best is the £480 wellness allowance, and £1k professional development fund. Paternity leave - 16 weeks / 4 months. Just incredible Cool office. No pressure (yet) to go back to the office more than 2 days a week. Awesome products - Adobe is a ubiquitous name in terms of software. Amazing products and constantly developing. Their Gen AI range is a real game changer

Cons

Sometimes too confusing as there's too many teams overlapping and seeming to do the same work. Confusing hierarchy at times, and reorg is very common (sometimes every 6 months).

Pros

Adobe is a giant to work for. Few pros for being an on role employee: 1. Wfh furniture reimbursement 2. Wellness benefits 3. One Friday off per quarter for mental wellbeing 4. Gives education reimbursements

Cons

1. Way too many processes to follow 2. It's easier to sell than to follow internal procedures to make a sale possible 3. Way too many daily SOPs for a csam which makes the day extremely hectic

Pros

All adobe wise policies are good. Few of them are as below 1. Wellness reimbursement till 600 dollars 2. Education reimbursement(although I never used this) 3. ESPs(this is really great as any price value gets set for two years) and you get this price gets sets based on 25% discount 4. Cab facility(although process is little bit complicated but sometimes I use it when I stay late o/w free shuttle service is also great which I use frequently)

Cons

These are mostly related to DC 1. Poor wlf w.r.t. other orgs 2. Refreshers are not given consistently and the amount is less w.r.t. other orgs(In CC you get good refresher even with good wlf but here doing the same work will not help you even getting 100% performance bonus) 3. If you join this org from other company then you will be discriminated against people who joined this org from clg. For exmaple Mr A joined DC from school he will get to MTS2 in 2 yrs(at overall experience of 2 yrs). Now Mr B joined after 1.5 yrs from some other company now Mr B has to stay in Adobe for 2 more yrs to get promoted to MTS2(at 3.5 yrs). Although there are some exceptions if you really destroy wlf then you might be able to get MTS2 at overall 3 yrs of experience
