      Pros

      I enjoyed working here for several years. Very flexible, nice and smart people, good compensation, interesting projects.

      Cons

      Yearly layoff (regardless of your performance) really turns down and discourages employees around November/December. I saw off many colleagues who worked on the same floor. That was very depressing too.

      Pros

      Fantastic people on the front lines - very talented and very dedicated. I have never worked in a company where so many people worked so hard and were so supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Had a great culture, great benefits and compensation, but watch out North America - your days as Adobe employees are probably numbered. For a company making over a billion dollars a quarter, it seems amazing that they still feel they have to outsource jobs to India. Pure corporate greed.
