      They do layoffs every year near Christmas

      good benefits, 90% discount on Adobe softwares

      Cons

      They do their 'clean ups' every year during Christmas, it always ruin people's holiday plan. So don't plan your vacation expecting that you'll come back next year, i know many people got their layoff letter two weeks before Christmas.

      A very good company, but lot of team politics.

      Pros

      They take care of their employees very well. They hire very intelligent and focused people. Overall culture is good in the company. Good team parties. Excellent family outings. Good Free lunch and dinners in office.

      Cons

      Very rigid in terms of profile. Not enough growth opportunities. Most ridiculous pay structure. Package looks huge but in-hand salary is very less. High level of politics in the teams (on the regional basis). Young managers give preference to their sycophants and to the people from their own home town or from their state. This affects promotions and salary hike as well. That is why many people are now moving out of the company.
