      Pros

      Good employee care, work culture, good compensation , good facilities , nice building they have Overall its a nice workplace if oyu get a good quality work

      Cons

      If stuck with a team with not good quality work, then only a bad place to work otherwise its nice

      Pros

      Very smart people, good compensation, interesting projects.

      Cons

      Bucharest office: -a lot of unpaid overtime -too many mid-level managers, and usually bad - at least in my team in my team. They follow their objectives at all costs, tend to underestimate the employee and employ dubious management tactics (employee X said Y about you ... etc)

      Pros

      -interesting products -nice people -decent facilities (including single office nice gym, basketball court, and cafe in SJ) -pretty good compensation (ESPP, 401k matching, etc)

      Cons

      Development effort has been moved to offshore more and more -it makes the communication less effective -it requires U.S employees working long hours to accommodate
