      Worst Managers & FLMs in DX Solution Consulting

      Pros

      Good name in market, good portfolio. Do not join DX solution consulting or DX sales role in India.

      Cons

      Solution Consulting Managers in DX are worst: GNC and SD protected by VV. FLMs in Mumbai are arrogant AR. Together sales and preslaes leadership will make your life pathetic, intimidating. GNC, SD are the worst thing which can happen in DX, and FLM - AR is a cherry on topping to make work environment just uncultured and uncivilized.

      - flexible wfh policy depending on team - great benefits (PTO, wellness, etc.) - competitive salary

      Cons

      - expectations can seem lofty at times and business needs shift without much explanation - not a whole lot is done to nuture and retain talent; more interested in attracted new talent

      The company did internal layoff time to time and have slow hiring process for the sales team with job posting for show but no hiring. The performance system and account allocation is very poor. Accounts get transferred to the most loved employee. Unrealistic kpi on small account given. Manager and likes to micromanage and verbally abuse. Toxic environment where hiring is only for short period and manager make people leave "indirectly". No career opportunity. Slow system with manual process. My bdr use up all the time for marketing task without getting credit.
