      Worst culture of a startup and an established company

      Benefits are good - Wellness, learning funds, global days off of 6 days a yr, good amount of PTOs, competitive pay

      Cons

      These are specific to the org and I find my org, DX to be one of the worst. Micromanagement from the top leadership to the immediate manager, forced to come to office and if you don't, your are called/pinged and asked the reason and prior permission required to wfh, no one has a good idea on the projects being worked and this affects the peace of mind of the engr, coworkers try to take credits from the work you do. Overall, DX has the worst characteristics of a startup as well as an established company. On top of this, they have a meagre budget for outings, which does not even cover the the employee's travel expense, leave alone family trips.

      Competitive pay. Good benefits. Silos where treatment is fair.

      Cons

      Lots of lip service to supporting employees but what's best for the company is the actual modus operandi. Movement to other areas is very difficult.
