Pros

Adobe contains a very inclusive environment that makes it easy to innovate to provide individual contributions and innovate through collaboration. Adobe takes great care of its employees with global holidays, two shutdowns, and great benefits across the board. Adobe makes it easy for me to take great pride in working for the company, and for me to want to do my part in contributing to its continued success. Adobe's success feels like my success.

Cons

Some days can get meeting-heavy, which makes it difficult to be individually productive on those days.

Pros

Great product! Good coworkers. I believe that the other two BUs are better managed. Stock is on the rise - mostly due to the document and creative side of the company.

Cons

Leadership below CEO for Digital Marketing side of Adobe is VERY poor. One of the highest placed leaders has had significant reports of hostile work environment escalated to HR over the years there. Nothing happened. People are leaving in droves now that the employment market is so hot.

Great Company, Bad Orgs

Pros

Corporate culture and benefits are amazing, shut downs, time off, thoughtful leadership at the top. Gender pay parity, maternal and paternal leave, etc.

Cons

Orgs are very hit and miss, and leadership at the VP level changes so often it gives you whiplash. Focus on internal "metrics" over actual customer results. All of the managers are "managing up" and focused on whatever program the current VP is running to campaign for their next promotion. WLB has been the worst I have ever experienced (which is a stark change from my previous 4 years at adobe). "DSS" is just a cost center now - do not join. No focus on your life or happiness or even customer success, just the internal metrics. Do not join unless you can get a role in Strategic where the clients are big and the work is focused.
