      - very supportive for personal growth. Flexibility in movement across teams and geos. - enhance skills through company sponsored courses, trainings - supports work-life balance - Employee stock program is one of the best

      Cons

      - as company grows, various groups and teams are always trying to figure out right and optimal structure/hierarchy. So there are frequent restructure and re-orgs which might unsettle few engineers.

      Very good benefits, good ESPP option and vacation policy.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with favoritism and politics. Career growth depends more on political prowess than actual impact. If you think Adobe is a place for good WLB you would be wrong.
