Pros
Adobe values its employees - we have great benefits, nice clean, modern buildings to work in - fun company culture, not too political (most of the time), not cutthroat, and and excellent vision.
Cons
Like all larger companies, there comes bureaucracy, watered down leadership, lack of advancement opportunities, siloing of job responsibilities, etc. I think Adobe does perhaps slightly above average dealing with these issues than many large companies, but they're still there.
