      A good place to work but

      Pros

      Lot lighter workload as compared to similar paying companies.Never felt pressurized anytime.Gives a good work-life balance.Other thing very great was free lunch and dinner and very subsidized breakfast.

      Cons

      There have been layoffs which happened for no reason even though the company was making good profits.And most of the layoffs are political rather than on low performance.Some of the teams are quite political where managers try to protect their favorite ones.
