      Pros

      Adobe has very bright people, and provides employees with very good benefits. Adobe continues to develop products that you can't live without.

      Cons

      Adobe is a becoming a big company, and has its share of big-company problems. There is lots of internal politics, and of late has caused execution to suffer.

      9-5 job, lots of collaboration and sharing of ideas, benefits are great (healthcare, wellness benefit, etc)

      Cons

      raises are small, hard to move up in title, lots of collaboration can also be frustrating, change happens slowly
