Adobe care about employee Offer good salaries and benefits when they hire you They help employee to innovate and do better Nice working environment and facility

Cons

Like other companies, Adobe doesn't focus too much on security. Yearly appraisals. Should be performance based and half yearly. Don't promote internal employees to fill senior positions, instead they hire from market.

Cons

letting new sr. managment drive out loyal good people to bring on their own people..I get it it happens, but shamefully you see it too often.
