      Pros

      Great people work at Adobe. The environment is open-minded

      Cons

      It used to be a positive place to work but with the yearly re-organizations and layoffs, the environment is now harried and unhappy. Many mid-level, individual contributor, skilled jobs are moving to Utah and India. For sales, the quotas are often not finalized until after the quarter is over and not reachable anyway. The overall feeling is great products on a sinking ship.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, decent salary, lots of smart people, cool projects, international reach.

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic. Too many directors without enough to do so they interfere in the day-to-day operations. Decision making process is often chaotic. Decisions get made and reversed on a regular basis. Politics can be irritating.
