Cons

Job titles are flattened greatly due to the large matrix structure of the company, so people stay in their positions for much longer than at a smaller company.

I guess two main pros are flexible timings and excellent Work life balance. Depending upon the team your work quality/load may vary.

Cons

Adobe is not in the league of Google, facebook, amazon etc. Compensation is also less than mentioned companies. That's all I guess
