      Good benefits, bad local management

      Pros

      Smart people to work with, nice office, good compensation and benefits. Some projects are quite interesting. Internal mobility is allowed. The USA colleagues are friendly, most of the time. The HR is quite active, trying to compensate for the bad management.

      Cons

      Lack of genuine leadership (no integrity), at least from Romanian managers. Lack of vision and strategy (or maybe just poor communication).

      Pros

      Very cool technologies Excellent benefits People are very open and receptive Everyone knows and admires Adobe and its products Worldwide business exposure

      Cons

      Expansion seems to all be done outside the USA - very limited growth within. No attention paid to giving people wider experiences, so heaven forbid you stay with a product too long, you'll be shown the door. Strategy explanation never seemed to make sense the last few years - maybe it's gotten too big to have a single focus?
