      Pros

      Great history and culture. Well known and respected in the industry, making it fairly easy to gain respect and trust from customers. Good benefits and time off. Definitely a family first oriented company.

      Cons

      Constant change and they do not integrate their acquisitions very weel/timely. Existing leadership is forced to take on new disciplines instead of bringing in industry expertise from the outside to execute on new Co strategies....this leads to slow execution, poor messaging, frustrated customers, and high turnover in the field.
