      Work/life balance Great benefits Nice smart people Employee stock purchase program Adobe is a well balanced company and a great place to work for. Adobe looks like it doesn't care too much about the stock price and that means more for employees.

      Cons

      Strategy changes quickly. Incentive not too great.

      Pros

      There exists a great work life balance. With amazing co-workers who help you when needed it becomes a very friendly place to work. The work is good and people have great work ethics. Good work does get appreciated.

      The work from home policy is not as easy as it is in other companies
