      Good executive management. Laid back, good benefits, nice offices.

      Poor middle management. No job security - regular lay-offs. No career development. Moving many jobs out of USA to India and other countries.

      Pros

      Excellent people, great salaries and benefits, fantastic products and a lot of respect in the tech community. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my team, and I've found that my peers are well-trained and respectful. Management appreciates employees and encourages career development.

      Cons

      Management in my group can be somewhat schizophrenic with focus changing weekly. We live in fear of yearly layoffs and reorgs.
