They don't treat their employees very well and the company lacks leadership and is on the decline
Pros
There are very few. They have nice facilities and the pay is about average for this area. Many people have heard of the company. You can purchase their software at a discount for non-commercial use.
Cons
The management at Adobe makes poor decisions and lacks any well defined direction. They have a vague idealistic thought of where they want to be, but without any really idea of how they could get there. The management also makes it hard to succeed at your job and set you up to fail. Their products are old and aging and they aren't able to come up with any new useful ones out side of trying to acquire other companies. Their products also have a reputation for being bloated, slow, and poorly written. The HR department is by far the least helpful out of any of the companies I've ever worked for and is generally very rude. There is also a lot of dishonesty and disrespect at the company.
