      Pros

      Great coworkers and benefits throughout the company, except on the Federal team. The main company has great atmosphere and diversity, plus a lot of innovation and creativity!

      Cons

      Federal sales team is a mess. Women are paid 30% or more less than men, and are routinely passed for promotions or raises. They've interviewed candidates at strip clubs and have no respect for diversity or the company's core product line (creatives).

      Pros

      It's a stable job. Some smart people work there. I'm just typing at this point to fill the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Soulless corporate entity. Underpay their employees. Blow sunshine up everyones' butts to get them to work on products no one actually cares about or uses.

      Salary is competitive not industry leading Adobe brand has a good value in market Latest technologies to work with through acquisition

      Cons

      India management in IT is very very low skilled The modus operandi is destroy others continously and create perceptions There are no friends even colleagues, the env is set to harm relationships India IT is clearly a sweat shop for US IT There are lobbies inside IT which keeps good people killed in the cross fire US makes sure good leaders doesnt rise in India The overall environment is to make employees feel insecure and dejected to keep them stuck to company For high performing knowledgeable employees use of curt, hurtful and mocking tone by seniors to harm positivity
