Though Adobe as a company provides great benefits , AGS has leaders with slave mentality , hence entire AGS works towards squeezing you out completely. They will make you work all night if US counter parts demand it. Working here does not feel like working in Adobe or any tier 1 company, its just like any other Indian company which measures your potential by the amount of stretch you are doing for the projects . Staying up all night to complete work is a frequent and most appreciated activity . A certain manager stated to me that if you want to be successful you have to stretch , we all have personal life but we are sacrificing to climb up the ladder. If you are accepting an offer from AGS , be prepared to forget your work life balance.
