Pros

Good product, good people, high brand awareness makes it easier to connect with customers and fast pace environment.

Cons

Poor management last 12 months, marketing colateral mostly outdated, difficult to get past a lot of red tape. Some areas of the business have seen bullying, there are some of the best and worst managers and leaders, I would advise anyone interviewing to throughly screen your new manager, that will make or break your experience.

Vision and health insurance was good.

Cons

During COVID I was asked to fill out a long questionnaire detailing my religious reasons for not wanting the vaccine. I submittted the form, and it was never addressed. Instead, I was not allowed in corporate offices or to travel during most of COVID. I feel this was discriminatory. Adobe talks about "Adobe for all" in internal communications and how they welcome and celebrate everyone. I did not feel welcomed or celebrated. I think this is a double standard and typical corporate speak. I do not recommend them as an employer if you care about personal religious freedom.

lack of diversity & inclusion lack of interest in progressing black employees into management or senior management roles institutionally racist, no transparency or senior ownership in progression criteria culturally misogynistic
