Pros

Great Digital Marketing suite concept, smart positioning. Huge potential. Meet great talent on the field. Good compensation package.

Cons

Many political conflict, some manager are just pure politicians. Requirement to communicate about what you are doing permanently, appearances are key. Mass of reporting task, internal pressure and few resources compared to other comparable software vendor organization in Europe. Many silos. It’s difficult to build long-term relationships with customers. The management do not want to hear anything out off the revenue achieved over the quarter. The priority is given to sale organization. The top management disregards the rest of the organizations on the field. Fake HR. You can be used as a fuse to save an incompetent manager. Adobe is carbonising a lot of talent over years, weak reward for loyalty and personal commitment. Being a doer is not enough. Environment is better in US.

Pros

Perks and benefits are great. Flexible Timings. Free Food. Work environment is great. Helpful People. Free Software. No restrictions. Great.

Cons

No career growth opportunities. No one cares about you if you are a QE. Stuck as QE forever. Cannot change your profile. Not valued (or promoted) as fast as others.

Pros

Work/Life balance. The culture really makes taking breaks and time off a priority. Work hours & working from home or remotely is very flexible. Actively trying to avoid layoffs while shifting focus.

Cons

Product Management driven. The Product Managers are looked to as visionaries who define the product, when most seem to have been put in the role simply because of their leadership/sales skills. Your role may change. Every year with the re-org the focus of departments is likely to change, sometimes drastically. Certain teams are still struggling to add value in a newly established business model. In order to avoid lay-offs, employees are often shoe-horned into roles they may not like or be necessarily best qualified for.
