Overall company benefits and facilities.

Cons

Very rude management, managers, no consideration for work life management. Employees being treated as servants. Expected to work for 12 hours a day constant in each project, no planning for project timelines.

They offer a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home

Cons

Commissions are already paid 2 months in arrear. For the second month in a row they are not paying out commissions that sales reps earned in December and January. This means that the commissions you earned in December are paid in APRIL. In addition, did they tell the company? No this is hidden and has not been communicated to anyone except the one off people who have asked.

Pros

Adobe has a great culture and embodies the meaning of work/life balance. I also really enjoyed how much time off we got including our company-wide shutdown during the week of July 4th and last week of the year.

Cons

There weren't as many growth opportunities within the sales org than I was expecting. Additionally, if you wanted to explore other departments within the company, it was pretty challenging to move internally.
