Pros

Adobe pays better than most other companies in my area, and they treat their employees very well. Good work environment, great benefits, etc.

Cons

Adobe is a very woke company, so if you have any conservative opinions, it's best to keep them to yourself. They promote openness for all, but those on the right often share amongst each other the fear of sharing their conservative views and putting their jobs at risk. This is my primary reason for 4-stars rather than 5.

Pros

Adobe is extremely supportive company with a range of excellent benefits including education reimbursement, health spend reimbursement, Adobe funded activity clubs, and a generous sabbatical program.

Cons

Adobe can move very slowly and tends to mange by consensus which can make trying to enact. change sort of like steering a giant boat. Significant organizational inertia inhibits agility.
