Pros

standard large company benefits and pitfalls. But overall really like the place, coworkers and leadership. They have made a conscious effort to not have layoffs, which I appreciate, and seems to espouse their values of wanting people to show up as their best selves to work, and for everyone to feel welcome.

Cons

typical large company corporate bureaucracy, but nothing out of the ordinary.
