Slow/No Career growth, inexperienced middle management

Lots of early meetings, engineering is spread over many countries, including India and there isn't a good separation of ownership Senior Management is very unreasonable, not understanding what good development takes. They can't remain focused and constantly shift resources around. Good contractors are let go too easily instead of being converted to full time. On the other hand it's hard to fire poor performing FTEs.
