Align has a great story to tell. Helping more people to smile. Overall, the growth of the company helps create all kinds of opportunities if you are willing to grasp the brass ring. The people are encouraging and helpful. Senior management is engaged and passionate about the future.

Cons

The company is growing fast. Processes you would normally expect to be in place are still in development or non-existent. While this offers opportunities, it also means that being agile and willing to work without structure is essential. If you are not prepared or able to deal with ambiguity, you will struggle.

because company is quite new so that organization in new market might be not well structure as others companies then people could not focus on major job because they must do others stuffs
