Align cares about her employees whether it is the rich breakfasts and the lunch funding. The employees here have a lot of knowledge to contribute. Good atmosphere, giving feedbacks what I didn't have in my previous work. The little things that add to the greatness of the place.

Cons

so far i dont have downsides, just one thing that the company is moving to petah tikva and with public traffic is more difficult but its just an excuse

Only 1 day of WFH (you must share the laptop with other colleagues) Old and obsolete technologies to work with Micromanagement No career path No good equipment to get work done
