      Pros

      Market leader, great product, strong core dev teams, worldwide presence (options to travel), nice new office, competitive comp package, LOTS OF NICE GUYS.

      Cons

      Poorly qualified senior management, poor project tracking/r&r/decision making process, work-life balance can be a challenge. No matter how knowledgeable you are and how strong you are as an expert, the only key to success is full loyalty, reliability and being a nice guy, even if you dumb and frequently fail.

      Dynamic, high growth company with fast-paced culture. and strong brand.

      Cons

      Despite the size (nearly $1B in revenue), Align still operates somewhat like a start-up, lacking effective business processes and cross-functional teamwork between departments and geographies making it difficult to get things done. They also have a culture of a revolving door, as employees become burned-out and frustrated with the dysfunctional internal culture.

      limited advancement opportunities. handful of employees get the chance to do cool work. working much below my skill set or experience level. internal silos are getting bigger. big company processes and politics -- yet, not a big company
