      Pros

      Stock price is Not everything. Culture is everything but sadly not the case. Wish I had more pros but it’s mostly about the location of the co.

      Cons

      Very narrow view of employees- IT mostly not diverse and too many old folks with company for too long with NO experience to carry an organization that has room to grow.
