It’s a cult-like culture where they constantly talk about how incredible they and the product are—while simultaneously damaging your mental health.
If they approach you with a job offer, don’t just walk away—run.
You might think, “Surely it can’t be that bad. Maybe the person writing this is just bitter.” Normally, I’d say, “Go ahead and see for yourself,” but I wouldn’t want that on my conscience.
If you’re unsure, try reaching out to former employees for their honest opinion. That said, many may hesitate to speak openly, fearing legal action—another testament to the culture within this organization.
