      A living hell

      Basic salary was reasonable but target/bonus unobtainable

      Cons

      Poor leadership, no care for the people in the business, only spreadsheets numbers and micromanagement. Embarrassingly poor customer service, to the point where customers jump ship to competitors regularly. Over load their workforce with a burnout culture and high staff turnover. If you value your health, family, friends or any social life, stay clear of this company.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the day to day work at Align. It’s exciting, fast-paced, and innovative. The company is overall headed in a good direction.

      Cons

      The work environment quickly becomes toxic with every project needing to be “priority level 1” all while having an expectation of never saying no, and going above and beyond without being rewarded for it. There is a culture of bullying that goes on from Sales Leadership and AE Leadership to the regional / field teams. It’s unhealthy and challenging to work with.

      Paid well and flexible schedule

      Cons

      Terrible medical benefits, toxic and hostile work environment. Unrealistic workload and expectations. Everyone in my department lived in fear they’d be the next target. Little to NO communication, never knew what was going on, even with big management changes.
