      - Manager support -Communication -Excellent support from team -Collaborative culture I've wonderful experience with my team. I appreciate the support I get from them .

      Cons

      As we have to work with different teams across the globe, the timings seem to be odd occasionally. You may have to attend meeting at 5am or at 9pm. But I believe this is the norm for almost any global firm. This one is specific for people who need Immigration assistance. The Immigration partners(outsourced) could be more proactive and responsive.
