      Comp plan can get sideways at times, but they often make changes when it isn't the best plan and make things right with employees.

      Pros

      Align Technologies is a very technology forward company. Having worked at a business forward company previously, the difference is night and day. They value technological advancements and create a great environment for employees to thrive. I enjoy where I work, who I work with and who I work for. Really, no complaints.
