      I make use of my own experience in dealing with Japanese regulatory agencies. It's also fun to get involved in getting Dx technology products into the business.

      Cons

      Due to my lack of English skills, I have not been able to communicate well at meetings in English. I'm afraid that it's annoying my colleagues.
