      your schedule is what you make it great place to start a sales career

      Cons

      Micro management, you have to "check a lot of boxes". If you come in as a TM be prepared to stay a TM. You will have several "carrots" dangled in front of you, but few will come full circle. RM & ASD's provide little to no guidance besides micro managing through CRM
