      Minor problems occur in IT end setup, a lot of different instructions. Need to created one standard way to set-up new hire env.

      Hardware not delivered to new hire immediately. I was waiting for monitor more than a month. Some HR initiatives are not working well and bring damage. F.e. New Year gifts were not delivered to all employees in Russia.

      Comp and benefits very competitive, PTO structure is solid, lots of investment back into business and in MarTech.

      Cons

      Lack of growth and development, little to no communication from leadership, "fast paced work environment" is more like uncontrolled chaos at times.
