I've been at Align for a few months, and I truly enjoy working here. The work/life balance is great, and even though it's a fast paced environment at times, everyone is willing to help you if you need it. My team and manager are so reliable and easy-going. They make me look forward to working. They also understand that life happens, especially in these times, and they don't make you feel bad about taking the necessary breaks that you need.

Honestly, I have no cons right now. I really enjoy my job here.
