You don't have to stand.

Cons

They really don't care about you. They are only looking for a body in a seat. Management is lazy. They are backstabbing and will talk behind your back. Most aren't qualified to manage a dog.

Pros

Some of your co-workers can be good people. But, you can probably find friends at any job.

Cons

The management are all backstabbers who will throw you under the bus to make them look good. They speak about values, but they really don't practice what they preach. Be prepared and have some lube for when you eventually get f*cked over!

Pros

They put a lot of thought into adding a bit of fun for employees, mostly in the form of "dress down" days, but also in a company BBQ and such. Lots of friendships were formed, and it was a fun place to work IF you were making your numbers.

Cons

Suggestions were not usually welcomed. You were there to get a job done, not try to improve things.
