      Pros

      Flexible work time, with the posibility of working from home (depends a lot on the manager). AMOS Romania offers benefits to its employees, as medical services, corporate massage, fruit day, quarterly social meetings with the team, pay-back of the public transportation on a monthly basis, discount to gym etc.

      Cons

      The first level of management is not so people oriented, as some of the persons who were entitled with the position have no experience as team leaders, only operational experioence.
